For many, Bora Bora is the ultimate romantic destination. The “winter” or cooler season runs May – October however, the average temperature is about 80°F throughout the year, both air and water. Bora Bora is blessed with a great deal of sunshine and just enough rain to keep the mountains and valleys green. No need to worry about cyclone season as Bora Bora doesn’t experience it.
An over-water bungalow in the turquoise color lagoon adds a level to your romantic getaway. Picture yourself waking up in the morning with a canoe outside your bungalow delivering breakfast. This is something that one simply needs to experience.
Bora Bora isn’t for everyone. If you are looking for nightlife you will be disappointed. Some of the resorts’ offer live band performances at their bars or pool areas and that is the nightlife. If you are not a fan of the ocean or water activities, you’ll find little to do outside your resort room. You will find Champagne Sunset Cruises, A Motu picnic, Shark and Stingray safari, off-shore private fishing trip, Jet Skis, Scuba Diving and Snorkeling.
